Billing Policies
- E-Englishonline fees are exclusive of any charges which may be applicable, including VAT or taxes, and bank or credit card company charges, such as interest or installation fees, or any internet connection fees.
- E-englishonline guarantees that every credit card transaction you make at e-englishonline is 100% secure.
- Information regarding the status of your subscription may be accessed at any time by logging in.
- Subscribers have the opportunity to ensure that they are satisfied with e-englishonline course during the trial period and no refunds will be given for subscriptions taken out after a free trial.
Free Trial
First time users only may take advantage of our free trial which requires signing up using credit card details. Billing information is required to be used after the trial period. However, this remains risk free.
The free trial may be terminated at any time prior to the end of the free trial period. Once the free trial is terminated no charges whatsoever will be made to the relevant credit card.
If you do not choose to terminate your free trial, the relevant fee will be charged to your credit card at the end of the trial period and every month thereafter until the subscription is cancelled by you. The subscription may be cancelled at any time and no extra charges will be incurred.
e-englishonline regrets that it is unable to offer any refunds once a credit card has been billed.
We cannot offer a free trial if you choose not to pay with a credit card. However, if you pay offline, you can still try the service risk-free for the first 5 days with our money back guarantee.
Payment plans
Credit card payments
The options for e-englishonline subscriptions are:
- Monthly subscriptions at our standard fee. These will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis but you will retain the possibility to terminate your subscription at any time in which case no further billing shall be made.
- A reduced price for a minimum length subscription. This option requires that you commit to keep up your subscription for a certain number of months. Should you decide to terminate your subscription prior to the end of the stipulated time, you will be required to pay for the months you have used e-englishonline at the standard rate. E-englishonline will bill your credit card for the difference before your subscription is terminated.
Offline payments
For offline payments, you pay once for a definite number of months and you will need to transfer the money to our bank before you may access the online course. You may renew your subscription when your subscription expires.
Offline payments are also risk-free with e-englishonline’s free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your course during your trial period, you may cancel your free trial subscription prior to expiry. After this period, no subscription fees will be refunded.
